‘Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ on Colors stands superior among newly launched Hindi shows in Week 22

‘Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ on Colors

Mumbai: The HSM Markets has witnessed a slew of high profile fiction shows being launched in various Entertainment Channels after the completion of IPL Cricketing Season.

Prominent new launches during the week 22 in HSM Market includes Musakaan on Star Bharat, Mitegi Lakshman Rekha on &TV and Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop on Colors.

BARC data released for week 22 has unveiled the performance of the newly launched shows of the Hindi Entertainment Channels in the respective week. Out of these launches, Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop on Colors at 9:00 PM has opened up well with promising numbers in its first week.

Taking a closer view on the performances of these programmes, we observe the following:

Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop on Colors

Colors had launched ‘Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ on 28th May 2018 in its 9.00PM time band is a fiction show that revolves around the life of 8-year-old boy named Roop played by Afaan Khan. The opening day of the show delivers promising ratings of an average of 1.7 TVR with 3.7% reach and  15.3 mins of TS on the launch day.

The opening week average TVR of ‘Roop Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ happens to be 1.4 TVR with a reach of 3.3% and 13.7mins of TS in the entire opening week.

The opening numbers of the show are exceptionally well and this is the seconf consecutive sucesfull opening for Colors Hindi in the recent past as Bepanah launched on 19th March 2018  had also delivered decent ratings in week 12 and it is running sucessfully.

Musakaan on Star Bharat

Musakaan was launched on 29th May 2018 is being aired on weekdays at 9:30 PM on Star Bharat.A heart-warming tale of a mother’s boundless love for her daughter features Sonakshi Save as Musakaan and Ariena Dey playing the role of Musakaan’s mother as Aarti. The opening day ratings of Musakaan recorded an average of 0.7 points TVR with areach of 1.9 % and 10.5 mins of TS. The opening week average of the show happens to be 0.5 points TVR with a reach of 1.7% and 9.4 mons of TS.

Mitegi Lakshman Rekha on &TV

&TV’s fiction show Mitegi Lakshman Rekha launched on 28th May 2018 telecasted at 9:30 PM on weekdays is a romantic drama featuring Shivani Tomar and Rahul Sharma as the lead protagonists – Kanchan & Vishesh, who belong to two contrasting worlds but their progressive thinking and similar ideologies bring them together.

Mitegi Lakshman Rekha’s has opened with an average TVR of 0.2 points with a reach of 0.7% and 7.1 mins of TS. The show’s opening week TVR happens to be an average of 0.2points and has recorded a reach of 0.6%with a TS of 8.3mins.

The HSM market has seen quite a few competitive launches in the recent past, in its prime time band, and we need to wait to see the performances of the shows in the upcoming weeks.
