Diwali is truly a festival that brings the entire country together and brands don’t miss the festival to reach out to their consumers with innovative campaigns. Notable campaigns that we observed are as follows.

Oneplus X Snapchat

OnePlus’ Diwali campaign aims to Indians across the world celebrate Diwali together by leveraging Snapchat’s AR technology to bring firecracker and lighting displays across the four historic monuments. This unique activation, which transcends boundaries, cultures and locations and positions OnePlus as a lifestyle brand that brings Indians around the world closer to home. Kinder Joy

Kinder Joy’s Diwali campaign #KhaoKheloKhushRaho signifies the pure moments of joy, cherishing the family togetherness during Diwali with something tasteful for kids to enjoy. It is a first-of-its-kind initiative which revolves around the concept of kids gifting during festivals, spreading happiness in a child’s life. Here’s their campaign.

Bajaj Allianz Life

Bajaj Allianz Lifetook the unconventional route ofprovoking a thought against child labour, Bajaj Allianz Life has unveiled a heart-warming video of Chintu sharing his experience of making fireworks just to make our Diwali brighter and happier. Your heart will definitely go out for this one.

Ferrero Rocher

As part of the #GiftAGoldenDiwali campaign, Ferrero Rocher aims at creating a unique brand experience for its consumers through golden and shiny in-store visibility, shopper activation, digital and social media engagement. Ferrero Rocher offers an unparalleled experience of Italian craftsmanship, heritage and culture.

Radio City

#MumbaiKiJalegicampaign by Radio City is an initiative that aims to light up the nook and corner of Mumbai city by installing solar LED streetlights. Through this campaign, Radio City intends to tackle the pertinent issue of faulty or no streetlights by driving sustainable electrification in the city. Eminent personalities like TapseePannu, BhumiPednekar, RajkummarRao, Mouni Roy etc. have voiced their support to make this campaign a success.

Sunteck Realty

The campaign, shot at Sunteck’s Ultra Luxury Project – Signia High Borivali Mumbai, seeks to be true to its commitment to continuous innovation. As the dynamic video focuses on messaging, the clear essence of a home is portrayed in the background to the larger audience. The campaign emphasizes the idea of togetherness and inclusivity when it says, ‘AaoMilkarjalaayeinSunteckparivaarkiekbaati’.

Pigeons

The digital campaign has been conceptualized by Dentsu Aegis Network Pvt. Ltd.  Set in an urban Indian context of community living, with a young couple who are rooted in their tradition yet create ‘magic’ in their own way, the film captures the essence of the festival. The film has relatable, everyday people, each with their distinct lives yet with a unifying common thread – their love for food.

 

Peter England

Peter Enngland’s Diwali TVC starring the champions of Chennai Super Kings, as they suit up in stylish Nehru Jackets in contemporary color palettes. The campaign has debuted nationally across 300 cities in multiple mediums like Television, Print, Online, movie screens and Out of Home. The film is being aired across 2500 theatres, digital channels in over 30 major TV channels thus supported by a diverse promotion strategy.
