New Delhi: Stanza Living, India’s largest student housing company, has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Nitin Mohan Srivastava as Vice President – Growth Strategy. Nitin will spearhead the growth strategy efforts of the company, with a dedicated focus on driving technology – enabled rapid-scale transformation of real estate supply to consumer-focused spaces.
The recent hiring underscores Stanza Living’s focus on leveraging the multiplier advantage of intergenerational leadership. As part of which, the company is building a high-potential capital of experienced and young leaders. Enabling amplification of a diversity of experiences, expertise and approaches this capital can serve as a critical differentiator in triggering transformational and sustainable growth for the company and the sector.
