Mumbai: Direct-to-consumer (D2C) eyewear brand Rawbare has secured fresh funding from Teamology Softech and Media Services to support its next phase of growth. While the company did not disclose the funding amount, it said the investment will be used to strengthen its retail presence, accelerate product development, and expand its global footprint.
Founded with a focus on design-led and customer-centric eyewear, Rawbare plans to leverage the new capital to scale its operations while continuing to build its brand in both domestic and international markets.
The company said the latest funding reflects investor confidence in its long-term vision of creating a differentiated eyewear brand built on quality, thoughtful design, and customer trust.

Commenting on the investment, Affan Ahmad, Founder, Rawbare, said, “This round is about building Rawbare the right way. Teamology understands what we are trying to protect, a brand built on design, quality and the trust of the people who wear it. The capital matters, and so does the alignment. We are not in a hurry to be everywhere. We want to be the eyewear brand people choose on purpose.”
Highlighting the brand’s community-first growth strategy, Ankit Mor, Co-Founder, Rawbare, said, “We built Rawbare in public, one customer and one conversation at a time. This round lets us take that same community and grow it well beyond where we started, into new cities and new markets, without losing what made people trust us in the first place.”
The company intends to use the fresh capital to deepen its retail network while investing in new product categories and strengthening its presence in international markets as it looks to scale its business sustainably.

Explaining the rationale behind the investment, Gulrez Alam, Founder, Teamology, said, “We backed Rawbare because it is rare to find a brand this disciplined about design and this honest with its customers. Affan and his team have built something with real depth, not just reach. We are investing in that conviction, and in where it can go next.”
