South GECs Wk 47: Asianet Leads Malayalam; Sun TV tops Tamil market: STAR Maa leads Telugu: Zee Kannada leads the Kannada

South GECs WK 38: Sun TV leads Tamil market; Star Suvarna achieves 2nd spot in Kannada market

According to BARC Ratings of South GEC for week 47, the following are the ranking of various Regional GECs.

Malayalam
Asianet leads the Malayalam All Platform Top 5 channels category with 297mn impressions followed by Mazhavil Manorama with 90mn impressions. Flowers TV on the 3rd position with 80mn impressions and Surya TV on the 4th spot with 60mn impressions. Zee Keralam secures the 5th spot
with 55mn impressions.

Tamil:
Sun TV leads the Tamil All Platform Top 5 channels category with 809mn impressions followed by Zee Tamil with 456mn impressions. Star Vijay on the 3rd position with 412mn impressions and KTV on the 4th spot with 248mn impressions. The 5th spot is secured by STAR Vijay Super with 131mn impressions.

Telugu:
STAR Maa leads the Telugu All Platform Top 5 channels category with 715mn impressions followed by ETV Telugu with 415mn impressions. Zee Telugu on the 3rd position with 396mn impressions and Gemini TV on the 4th spot with 389mn impressions. The 5th spot is secured by Star Maa Movies with 186mn impressions

Kannada:
Zee Kannada leads the Kannada All Platform Top 5 channels category with 482mn impressions followed by Colors Kannada with 316mn impressions. Udaya TV on the 3rd position with 196mn impressions and Star Suvarna on the 4th spot with 193mn impressions. Udaya Movies secures the 5th spot with 137mn impressions.
