Gozoop wins integrated marketing mandate for Planet Smart City

Mumbai: Gozoop has won the integrated digital marketing mandate for the Indian business of Planet Smart City – the global leader in the smart affordable housing segment.  As part of the mandate, Gozoop will be handling Social Media Management duties as well as Digital Media Planning & Online Reputation Management.

Planet Smart City is a leading global Proptech company that designs and builds Smart communities in countries with high housing deficits. Planet entered the Indian Market in 2020 and has active projects in Brazil, the United States, and Italy. The company’s primary service verticals are real estate, smart infrastructure, property management, community management, and IoT advisory services. With an objective to build safe, socially inclusive, and liveable communities, Planet’s unique people-centric approach aims to enhance residents’ quality of life, offer new opportunities and to reduce their cost of living. Planet Smart City has worked extensively on a collection of more than 200 smart solutions for infrastructural, technological, and social innovation.

The key differentiator is in their multi-disciplinary global teams and proprietary end-to-end control of the entire project – from design to build and long-term community management. Planet Smart City has, amongst other projects, created and launched the Planet App – a digital platform providing access to high value-added services and facilitating communication between residents in Planet Smart City’s neighbourhoods.

Through the App, residents can engage with each other and the neighbourhood, while observing and managing day-to-day utilities usage.

Unlike many developers, Planet Smart City does not leave the community once completed. Instead, dedicated on-site community managers who help support and aid community cohesion are assigned to each local community.
