The company also wishes to increase its valuation from 6.6Cr in 2021 to 15Cr in 2022. The mission is for the firm to become a pioneer in the digital and technological industry. USP of Deepsense?

We marry technology and creativity to offer outstanding marketing solutions for our clients. We also believe in continuous innovation and keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies. Our rapport with clients gives us freedom and flexibility to work and facilitate quick turnarounds.

This pandemic has changed the way brands communicate; digital is the go-to platform your thoughts?

The pandemic has forced people to turn down all their social activities and stay cooped up within their homes. This change, particularly, drove the end-users to opt for different buying behaviors. That’s when customers have taken the digital route, be it for ordering groceries, apparel, or other household essential products and services. Consequently, even businesses had to shift their approach to targeting customers. They cut down traditional marketing strategies, such as television, newspapers, billboards, and embraced the digital space which seemed far more favorable during the pandemic and post-pandemic times. This enables more accurate targeting and measure of metrics to make informed decisions.

Today, smaller brands and businesses understand the need to communicate with their customers in a targeted way, how is Deepsense enabling this?

Each client has a unique target audience. Brands also need to expose themselves to a large audience if they wish to grow their business further and reach new heights. There must be a complete understanding of the audience, demographics, and behavior to come up with communication that blends in with the tonality of the brand. Deepsense as an agency understands that each brand is different and requires a tailored approach. Our strategy process alone takes 2 weeks when we sign up with the brand. We take time to understand their USP’s and target audience, then we come up with different communication routes, content buckets, and campaign strategies.

The surge in Digital platforms has it disrupted the way brands spend? What are the trends you are seeing in the new normal?

Yes. We see that there is an increase in 6x in spending when compared to the beginning of the pandemic.

In the new normal, it is the era of digital-only companies to evolve and the appropriate time for brands to enter commerce based on the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model.

Has the ad pie increased in favor of Digital platforms as compared to traditional avenues?

Yes of course!

The world has gone digital, and millions of people spend so much of their time on digital platforms. Businesses are now increasingly aware of this fact and therefore leveraging the popularity of these platforms to promote their goods and services. Marketing is all about connecting with customers in the right place at the right time. We find that most of the customers are present online and have moved away from traditional avenues. So, digital has grown by leaps and bounds over the years.

What are the new laws in the social media industry by ASCI & how it will affect agencies/influencers?

The new regulations framed by ASCI are to be welcomed where it is believed to give transparency to the consumers as foremost importance. And from a marketer’s point of view, we must embrace it and come up with an out-of-the-box solution where the information is conveyed in the right manner, which most brands believe in doing so.
