Japanese startup I’m Beside You announced the appointment of Shubham Gupta as its Chief Operating Officer for India. I’m Beside You specialises in AI communication intelligence tools.
Gupta will play a pivotal role in propelling I’m Beside You’s growth and expansion into new markets, particularly the US.
An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and a seasoned entrepreneur himself, prior to joining I’m Beside You, Shubham founded ConnectedH, a healthcare startup that garnered significant recognition and was backed by investors such as Kalaari Capital and Incubate Fund.
I’m Beside You Founder Shozo Kamiya and co-founders Yasuhiro Nose and Kotaro Ando are pioneers in developing multimodal AI analysis tools to analyse online communication. These tools are designed to enhance the efficiency of sales and customer success departments, facilitate more effective candidate interviews, ensure psychological safety in online communication and ultimately empower modern companies to thrive in a digitally driven business landscape.
