Galaxy Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd has named Ganesh Ramachandran as its new Head of Media & Communications. He previously worked as General Manager – Media at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.
Updating the new position on his LinkedIn handle, Ramachandran shared, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Media & Communication at Galaxy Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd.!”
Prior to this, Ramachandran worked for Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd between 2009 and 2023. Before joining Star Health, he associated with UTV Global Broadcasting Ltd as Assistant Manager – Advertising Sales, from 2008 to 2009. He also positioned as Account Manager – Advertising Sales at Next Gen Publishing Limited between 2007 and 2008.
Prior to his tenure with Next Gen Publishing Limited, Ramachandran worked for TV Today Network Limited as Executive – Ad Sales (AajTak, Headlines Today, TEZ & Dilli AajTak) from 2006 to 2007. Before this, he served as Marketing Executive – Channel Promotions (SURYA & KIRAN TV) at SUN Network Ltd between 2005 and 2006.
With decades of experience in Marketing, Communications & Sales in Media Industry, Ramachandran has expertise in Marketing Communications, Media Planning, Buying, Event management, PR, Corporate Communications, Brand promotions, Customer & Corporate relations.
