Mr. Satija’s career highlights include his transformative tenure at Max New York Life Insurance, where he spearheaded the organization’s evolution into one of the most respected brands in the Insurance Industry within a short span. His exceptional leadership skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic foresight, have earned him recognition as a turnaround expert and growth-oriented business leader.
Prior to joining FOIP, Mr. Satija held a key leadership positions, where he successfully led diverse teams and orchestrated significant business turnarounds and new initiatives across India and Singapore. His expertise lies in managing large sales and product teams, navigating complex P&L landscapes, and consistently achieving business objectives in challenging market environments.
