Om Sharan Pandey has joined NavaBharat as Digital Business Head. He previously worked for Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt. Ltd (TV 9).
In his new role, Pandey leads Digital Business and Transformation for the print media house Navabharat Media Network in India which is serving society since last 9 decades.

Prior to NavaBharat, Pandey worked for Associated Broadcasting (TV9) in various leading roles, between 2019 and 2023. Before this, he associated with Outlook Publishing as General Manager Marketing for a short period. Previous to this, he positioned as AGM Digital Business at Deccan Herald from 2016 to 2019.
Prior to his tenure with Deccan Herald, Pandey served for HT Media in various illustrious roles in digital media business, between 2012 and 2016. Before this, he worked for Religare Technova as Key Account Manager from 2010 to 2012. Previous to this, he associated with Reliance Communications as Enterprise Account Manager in 2010.
With an extensive experience, Pandey has expertise in Growth Management, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Analytics, Digital Technologies, Branding, Social Media Strategy, Market Intelligence, and OTT.
