Mumbai: ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, backed by Blackstone has appointed Dhiren Mehta as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of ASK Financial Holdings Private Limited (ASK Finance), the Group’s Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) division. ASK Finance specializes in offering customized debt financing and structured products tailored to the needs of high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in the Indian financial markets, Dhiren brings deep expertise in structured lending, credit trading, and debt and equity capital markets. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Dhiren has held leadership roles at renowned institutions such as Avendus Capital, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), Nomura, and Citigroup, where he was instrumental in developing innovative financial solutions and establishing strong relationships with banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, and large family offices.
