Bangalore: The Ad Club Bangalore’s Inspiration Room series continued to captivate audiences with its latest session featuring Rasika Prashant, Co-Founder and CMO of Tata Soulfull. Hosted at Adda 1522, the event offered a deep dive into Rasika’s inspiring journey from her roots in computer science to co-founding Tata Soulfull, a brand that has pioneered millet-based healthy food products.

In an engaging conversation with Sneha Walke, Founder of The Little Things Co. and Executive Committee Member of The Ad Club Bangalore, Rasika highlighted Tata Soulfull’s meteoric rise. She elaborated on the brand’s focus on product quality, consumer insights, and perseverance as key drivers of its growth. Rasika also discussed the importance of embracing direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, leveraging quick commerce, and fostering continuous feedback loops with consumers to refine offerings.

A notable theme of the session was Tata Soulfull’s dedication to clean-label products. Rasika shed light on the brand’s philosophy of being “good for health, good for the planet, and good for the farmer.” She emphasized the role of consumer insights in identifying market gaps and resolving consumer pain points while stressing the significance of offline product sampling in building trust and refining products in the FMCG/CPG sector.

Reflecting on the session, Laeeq Ali, President of Ad Club Bangalore, remarked, “Rasika’s session was a powerful reminder of how consumer-centric strategies and insights can drive success. Her journey in building Tata Soulfull is truly inspiring for anyone looking to scale a brand in today’s market.”

Since its launch in May 2024, The Inspiration Room has emerged as a key platform for Bangalore’s creative and business communities, showcasing thought leaders from diverse industries.

This edition was made possible through the support of venue partner Adda 1522 and media partners Ad Gully, Agencyfaqs, and Medianews4u.
