Samsung’s latest 'Monster Mode' campaign Features Galaxy M06 5G, M16 5G and Beloved Detectives

GURUGRAM: Samsung India, in collaboration with Cheil India, has launched a legendary new campaign for its latest Galaxy M series devices – the Galaxy M06 5G and M16 5G – featuring India’s favourite detectives. Tapping into nostalgia and the “Monster” legacy of its flagship M Series, the campaign showcases the cutting-edge technology, powerful performance, and sleek design that have made these devices a hit among India’s tech-savvy Gen MZ audience.

For nearly 30 years, the iconic detectives have captivated viewers on Indian television by solving the toughest cases. In the latest twist, these beloved characters embark on a thrilling mission to search for the “newest Monsters in town” – a nod to the innovative Galaxy M06 5G and M16 5G devices. The campaign skillfully blends humour with emotional resonance by reviving an iconic detective show and engaging the audience through interactive polls and stories that lead to a dramatic reveal. A unique element of the campaign is its unboxing experience, which features a forensic scientist in a lab setting, adding an authentic touch rarely seen in traditional influencer setups.

Highlighting the campaign’s creative concept, Mandeep Sharma, National Head of Cheil India – Samsung Business, stated, “The return of this iconic show, especially for millennials, brings a wave of nostalgia. The characters’ personalities perfectly align with the ‘Monster’ attitude that has defined the M Series, making this collaboration a natural fit.”

Sudhir Das, Senior ECD at Cheil India, added, “We carefully planned every aspect of this campaign, from the unboxing videos to Instagram stories with a limited shelf life. What’s special about this campaign is its cross-generational appeal—my nephew and my mother were both equally excited about it. The campaign is a true reflection of how this show resonates with all ages.”

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, a 5000mAh Monster battery, 12 5G Bands, and all-network support on the Galaxy M06 5G, as well as the sAMOLED FHD+ display and a 15% sleeker design on the M16 5G, the devices stand out as true “Monsters” in their segments. This innovative campaign not only reinforces the technological prowess of the Galaxy M series but also underscores Samsung India’s commitment to creating culturally resonant and engaging digital experiences.
