New Delhi: Network18 has announced key leadership changes with Puneet Singhvi taking on the role of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for the group, while Mitul Sangani has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of News18 Digital.
Singhvi will oversee the Center of Excellence (CoE) function, Central Product & Tech, Partnerships & Off-platform businesses, as well as Admin & Operations at the group level. He will report directly to Rahul Joshi, Managing Director at Network18 Media.
Meanwhile, Sangani, who previously served as CEO of the Indian languages businesses within the group, will now lead product, technology, audience growth, and revenue for News18 & Local18.
Avinash Kaul, CEO of Network18 (Broadcast), will continue to oversee the broadcast business for Indian languages.
With this restructuring, the sales teams for News18.com and Local18 will report to Sangani. He will work closely with Rahul Joshi, Managing Director at Network18 Media, while continuing to report to Avinash Kaul for digital revenues.
These leadership changes come as Network18 strengthens its digital and strategic operations, aligning its focus on audience expansion, content innovation, and revenue growth across platforms.
