Cochin: News Malayalam 24×7 has announced the appointment of Arun Nair as its new Business Head, effective March 2025. With a career spanning over two decades in media, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Arun brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in revenue generation and strategic business development.
Prior to this, Arun served as the Managing Partner at ANG – The Brand Artists, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding client portfolios. His entrepreneurial spirit saw him co-found Ansfrid SmartCare, a tech-driven health services startup, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. His leadership helped shape the company’s operational strategies and market positioning in its formative years.
Arun also held the position of Country Head – Sales & Marketing at Myfin Point, where he led national-level initiatives to strengthen the brand’s presence and customer engagement.
Before venturing into the startup and brand consulting space, Arun built a solid foundation in the broadcast industry. He spearheaded revenue generation and business development efforts across major satellite channels in the Kerala market, including Flowers TV, Indiavision, and Asianet Communications. His longest stint was with Red FM, where he served as Deputy General Manager – Sales, significantly contributing to the brand’s growth and market leadership in the radio space.
Arun’s extensive experience and deep understanding of Kerala’s media landscape are expected to play a crucial role in News Malayalam 24×7’s next phase of growth.
