Noida: ProcMart, a B2B marketplaces for indirect procurement, has announced the elevation of Sachin Jain to the role of Co-Founder. This strategic leadership enhancement underscores the company’s commitment to sustainable innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth as it scales its presence across the B2B ecosystem.
Sachin Jain joined ProcMart in March 2024 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In just over a year, he has played a pivotal role alongside Founder & CEO Anish Popli, driving business expansion, adding key enterprise accounts, and scaling manufacturing capabilities. Notably, under his guidance, ProcMart acquired a green packaging facility in Aurangabad, marking a significant step in the company’s sustainability journey and operational efficiency.
In his new capacity as Co-Founder, Sachin will continue to collaborate closely with Anish Popli to chart the company’s strategic direction. His responsibilities will span customer engagement, category growth, and scaling operations across supply chain, product development, and finance.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). He also holds a Diploma in Advanced Management from the University of Oxford and is an alumnus of the Senior Leadership Program at IIM Ahmedabad, underlining his global perspective and leadership depth.
