New Delhi, August 5, 2026: Rajiv Singh has stepped down as the Head of Marketing for Haldiram’s Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business, concluding an eight month tenure with the company. Singh confirmed his exit through a LinkedIn post, stating that August 4 marked his final working day at Haldiram’s.

Reflecting on his journey, Singh expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead the marketing function for one of India’s leading food brands as it expanded its presence in the fast growing QSR segment.

During his tenure, Singh led several high impact consumer campaigns, including The Great Summer Chillers, Teej Utsav, and Nav Utsav. He also played an important role in the launch of Haldiram’s Veg Dum Biryani, while supporting brand initiatives designed to strengthen customer engagement across both digital and physical touchpoints.

His responsibilities included driving omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing Haldiram’s online visibility, supporting new store launches, and building strategic partnerships with major consumer platforms such as District, CRED, Dineout, Swiggy, and Zomato. These collaborations were aimed at expanding the brand’s digital reach and improving customer accessibility.

Before joining Haldiram’s in January 2026, Singh served for nearly four years as Head of Marketing and Growth for ITC’s food technology business, where he focused on growth marketing and customer acquisition strategies.

Over the course of his career, Singh has held leadership roles across several prominent consumer and retail brands, including Happilo International, Blackberrys Menswear, Cheil Worldwide, and Spencer’s Retail, building extensive experience in brand marketing, retail strategy, and business growth.

Academically, Singh holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Gautam Buddh Technical University.

While Singh has not yet announced his next professional move, his experience across FMCG, retail, food technology, and QSR marketing positions him as an experienced leader in India’s evolving consumer brand landscape.
