Quint Digital signs franchise agreement with Time Out Group to launch Time Out India

Delhi: Quint Digital Limited (QDL), a media-tech company, has officially signed a franchise agreement with Time Out Group, the globally renowned brand synonymous with curating the best of city life. The collaboration marks the highly anticipated launch of Time Out India, a multi-platform lifestyle and cultural initiative designed to transform how Indian consumers and travelers discover and engage with the country’s urban experiences.

This strategic alliance will bring Time Out Media to India through a digital-first content platform and paves the way for potential Time Out Market venues — immersive, food and culture-focused spaces that celebrate the best of India’s cities under one roof.

The partnership’s immediate milestone will be the launch of timeout.com/india, along with supporting social media, video, and other digital channels. This platform will serve as the definitive guide to India’s cities, featuring curated editorial content by local expert journalists across categories like food, drink, culture, entertainment, and events. It is designed to inspire locals and visitors alike with trusted, curated recommendations and will offer powerful opportunities for brands through customized multi-channel campaigns.

Importantly, this franchise agreement gives QDL the exclusive rights to explore and operate Time Out Markets in India, bringing a world-renowned food and cultural destination model to Indian cities. These experiential venues — already successful in cities such as New York, Dubai, and Chicago — will showcase the best local chefs, restaurants, mixologists, and cultural talent, blending editorial curation with real-life discovery and engagement.
