Multiple Languages, Infinite Stories” campaign celebrates emotional connection and linguistic pride, resonating with audiences across India and beyond

Mumbai: ZEE5 has announced a dynamic new brand identity and strategic repositioning in line with its long-term vision of becoming a hyper-personalized, language-first content destination. The relaunch is anchored in the campaign “Apni Bhasha, Apni Kahaniyan” (Multiple Languages, Infinite Stories), emphasizing the emotional power of storytelling in one’s native language.

Featuring a sleek and vibrant new logo, the refreshed visual identity reflects the spirit of modern India and its multilingual richness. The brand’s transformation spans across content, technology, and accessibility, aligning with ZEE5’s ambition to resonate with every Indian, regardless of region or language.

“Our new brand identity marks a pivotal step in our journey to become a deeply personalized, language-first platform that mirrors the diversity of Indian audiences. Our strategic focus is clear—strengthen our footprint across India and global markets, deepen engagement through culturally relevant storytelling, and continue building a tech-enabled, scalable platform that’s personalized and intuitive. It’s a cultural shift in how consumers discover, connect with, and consume Indian entertainment globally,” said Amit Goenka, President, Digital Businesses and Platforms, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.

ZEE5 has launched affordable language-first plans starting at ₹120/month, with offerings in 7 languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, and Hindi (which also includes Punjabi and Bhojpuri content). The Hindi pack is priced at ₹220/month, while an All-Access plan will be available at ₹320/month, with corresponding annual variants. All packs feature UHD content and Dolby Atmos, catering to users seeking premium viewing experiences.

“Our brand campaign with the tagline “Apni Bhasha. Apni Kahaniyan” is rooted in the idea that language is belonging, a celebration of a deeply personal emotion. A story told in your language feels like it’s lived in and not just watched. Going across 7 languages, this multi-lingual campaign is designed to resonate with large and small towns alike, including tier-2, tier-3 cities as well as with global audiences. Rooted in our language-first content strategy and hyper-local personalization, this campaign brings to life ZEE5’s belief that in your language, stories are endless,” said Kartik Mahadev, Chief Marketing Officer, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.

In FY26, ZEE5 plans to release 130+ new titles including original series, films, non-fiction content, and live programming across various Indian languages. Some upcoming marquee titles include:

  • Detective Sherdil (Hindi)
  • Chhal Kapat: The Deception (Hindi)
  • Sattamum Neethiyum (Tamil)
  • Mothubaru Love Story (Telugu)
  • Inspection Bungalow (Malayalam)
  • Maarigallu (Kannada)
  • Aata Thambhahya Naay (Marathi)
  • Vibhishan (Bengali)

The revamped platform experience features an AI-powered personalization engine, ensuring content discovery that is intuitive and emotionally resonant. ZEE5’s data-driven insights will fuel smart recommendations for users across all regions and devices, offering seamless access to culturally relevant stories.

This evolution marks a milestone aligned with ZEE’s larger brand promise ‘Yours Truly, Z’, and reaffirms ZEE5’s position as the definitive destination for diverse, rooted, and relatable Indian stories that travel across borders.
