Mumbai: Mindshare Fulcrum, the bespoke media unit of GroupM (now WPP Media), has appointed Kosal Malladi as its new Digital Head. The appointment underscores the agency’s focus on deepening its digital capabilities and driving full-funnel performance for its clients.
Malladi brings over two decades of diverse experience across digital media, information technology, and entrepreneurship. Known for his hands-on leadership and strategic insight, he is expected to play a pivotal role in accelerating innovation and digital transformation at Mindshare Fulcrum.
Prior to this role, Malladi was a key leader at Madison Digital, where he returned in 2018 and contributed significantly as a mentor and practitioner. His earlier stints include serving as General Manager at PHD India, part of Omnicom Media Group, and Business Director at Madison World, where he led critical media mandates.
Malladi’s digital journey began with roles at Media2win and Star India, where he specialized in digital media planning. His career portfolio also includes experiences at ESPN Star Sports, The Big Issue, Tata Consultancy Services, and Tata Power—reflecting a unique blend of corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial exposure.
With his robust background, Malladi is well-positioned to align technological advancements with business objectives, helping Mindshare Fulcrum deliver data-led and performance-driven outcomes in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
