Delhi: Havas Play India, the sports, entertainment, and content division of Havas Media Network India, has unveiled a major leadership realignment designed to accelerate growth, boost operational agility, and deliver culturally resonant brand experiences at scale.
As part of the transformation, Uday Mohan will now oversee both Havas Media India and Havas Play India in his expanded role as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring tighter integration across media, content, and experiential offerings. Prachi Narayan has been elevated to Managing Partner, Havas Play India, reporting to Uday. She will spearhead the integrated Havas Play proposition, built on its four core verticals — content, culture, commerce, and creativity — aimed at delivering meaningful brand engagement.
Under Prachi’s leadership, the verticals will be helmed by dedicated business heads:

Entertainment: Led by Abhay Kumar (AVP, Head of Entertainment), focusing on brand integration into film, OTT, music, and pop culture, along with the creation of original IPs.

Content: Led by Niharika Goswami (AVP, Head of Content), crafting influence-led, culturally relevant storytelling for digital and social platforms.

Sports: Led by Uditvanu Das (AVP, Head of Sports), offering sports marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement strategies.

Social: Led by Geetika Thakur (Sr. VP, Head of Social), building community-driven, culture-first digital narratives.
