Mumbai: The Indian Racing Festival (IRF), India’s premier motorsport property, has flagged off its 2025 edition with Mobil1 continuing onboard as the Official Performance Partner. Building on a successful collaboration in 2024, Mobil1 brand’s advanced synthetic engine oils will once again power the high-performance machines of both the Indian Racing League (IRL) and the FIA-certified Formula 4 Indian Championship (F4IC).
The IRL remains India’s only franchise-based, gender-neutral, four-wheel racing league, featuring six city teams that bring together elite international drivers, homegrown Indian talent, and female racers in a shared-car format. Running alongside, the F4IC continues as the country’s first FIA-accredited Formula 4 championship, providing young drivers a crucial pathway to progress to higher tiers of single-seater racing while earning Super Licence points on home soil.
With both championships unfolding across five high-intensity race weekends at India’s most challenging and scenic circuits, Mobil1 brand’s association underscores its emphasis on high performance, safety, and innovation. This season, IRF race cars will be powered by Mobil 1™ 5W-40, a full-synthetic engine oil with a triple-action formula designed to deliver superior protection, cleaning power, and performance under extreme track conditions.
