Mumbai: Awfis Space Solutions Limited, a flexible workspace provider and the country’s first publicly listed workspace solutions platform, has announced the appointment of François Gramoli as Global Senior Director – Interior Design. In his new role, François will spearhead the design vision and strategy for Awfis’ workspaces across markets, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
A French-American design leader with over a decade of global experience, François brings a distinguished background spanning hospitality, high-end residential, and workplace interiors. His diverse exposure and ability to steer multi-market, cross-functional design teams uniquely position him to craft culturally resonant yet globally benchmarked workspace environments.
François holds a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Adaptive Reuse from the Rhode Island School of Design (USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville (France). His multidisciplinary expertise in adaptive reuse, architecture, and design allows him to balance creativity with operational efficiency in shaping workplace environments.
