Mumbai : Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd., a leading force in India’s premium casual dining sector, has announced the elevation of Shambhavi Mishra to the role of Head of Marketing. The appointment marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen brand positioning and drive cultural relevance across its diverse portfolio of global dining brands.
Over the past two years, Mishra has successfully led marketing initiatives for PizzaExpress and Chili’s American Grill & Bar, crafting digital-first strategies, boosting consumer engagement, and launching high-impact campaigns. In her new role, she will oversee marketing across all of Gourmet Investments’ marquee brands, including P.F. Chang’s, as the company deepens its presence in India’s dynamic and evolving dining landscape.
Mishra brings with her a rich background in food and beverage marketing. Prior to joining Gourmet Investments, she served as AVP – Marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, where she led brand strategy for concepts such as SOCIAL, antiSOCIAL, Smoke House Deli, Boss Burger, Lucknowee, and HungLi, spanning over 47 locations nationwide.
At SOCIAL, she is widely credited with redefining F&B marketing by blending community-building, workspace strategy, and culture-first partnerships. This positioned the brand at the heart of India’s creative and entrepreneurial movement.
She also drove high-profile collaborations with brands such as Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Tinder, Bumble, Budweiser, Absolut, and Flipkart, alongside pop culture franchises like Stranger Things, Game of Thrones, and Gully Gang. During this time, Mishra also conceptualized and launched original content IPs including Fresh Cuts, Satrangi Mela, Culture Chutney, and Deluxe Thali, each reflecting themes of art, music, sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity.
Beyond her creative acumen, Mishra is deeply committed to social impact. She has led initiatives focused on women’s safety, gender inclusivity, and diversity, ensuring that these values are woven into both the company’s workplace culture and its consumer experiences.
An alumna of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and MICA, with a foundational degree from the Institute of Technology & Management, Mishra is recognized for her strategic clarity, entrepreneurial mindset, and digital-first thinking.
