Chennai: CavinKare has expanded its Cavin’s beverages portfolio with the launch of two nostalgia-driven variants — Orange Cream Biscuit Milkshake and Premium Malt Milkshake — timed with Children’s Day celebrations. Drawing inspiration from iconic 90s flavours and powered by modern dairy innovation, the new offerings reinforce the brand’s promise of delivering the “Taste of Childhood” in an indulgent, contemporary format.

As part of the rollout, the company has unveiled its Children’s Day campaign, ‘Indulge the Child in You,’ which engaged more than 2,500 college students through immersive 90s-themed installations and playful photo experiences. Students recreated fun “adult vs. childlike” moments, sipping the new milkshakes as their photos were instantly printed and gifted as keepsakes. Social media saw active participation, with students tagging @CavinsMilkshake and using #IndulgeTheChildInYou, turning the initiative into a nostalgia-fueled digital celebration.

Speaking on the launch, K.G. Mallikeswaran, Business Head – Beverages at CavinKare Private Limited, said, “As the Indian beverage segment continues to evolve, the demand for products that blend emotional resonance with innovation is stronger than ever. At Cavin’s, we believe that taste is a powerful storyteller, and with our Orange Cream Biscuit and Premium Malt milkshakes, we are bringing back flavours deeply rooted in Indian childhood nostalgia. The ‘Indulge the Child in You’ is an initiative in the same direction, where we want to tap into the collective memory of generations and deliver the milkshakes in a convenient, contemporary format. Through this expansion, we are committed to leading the category with differentiated offerings.”

The Orange Cream Biscuit Milkshake evokes memories of the beloved cream-filled biscuits once tucked into school lunchboxes, offering a zesty twist reminiscent of childhood snack time. Meanwhile, the Premium Malt Milkshake brings the wholesome richness of classic malt drinks, infused with roasted notes and a subtly sweet finish for consumers seeking a comforting yet modern flavour.

The new milkshakes are available in 170ml and 180ml tetra packs, priced at ₹37 and ₹42 respectively. They will be distributed across general trade outlets, modern retail chains, and major e-commerce platforms to ensure widespread availability.
