Noida: Denave, a global technology-powered revenue acceleration company, has announced the appointment of Subir Mahapatra as President – Global Strategy, Sales and Marketing. The leadership move marks a key milestone in Denave’s growth journey as it sharpens its global go-to-market (GTM) execution and reinforces its position as a strategic revenue transformation partner for enterprises worldwide.
Subir brings over 25 years of leadership experience across IT, mobility, e-commerce, cloud, and staffing services. He has a proven track record in building and scaling global sales organisations, leading complex enterprise engagements, and driving outcome-led managed services across diverse markets and partner ecosystems.

Prior to joining Denave, Subir played a pivotal role in the transformation journey at First Meridian Global Services, where he served as Senior Vice President – Strategic Businesses and led the Value Business vertical. Over a tenure of more than six years, he focused on integrating people, products, processes, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes across large, multi-market programs.
Earlier in his career, Subir held senior leadership roles at Ingram Micro, AMD, and HCL, gaining deep expertise in enterprise sales, partner ecosystems, distribution-led growth, and large-scale customer engagements. His leadership experience spans India and Bangladesh, with hands-on ownership of multi-country operations, sizeable P&Ls, and complex enterprise deals.
In his new role at Denave, Subir will focus on strengthening global strategy, sales, and marketing, sharpening GTM execution, deepening customer and partner relationships, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth across international markets.

Subir is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, where he completed a Management Development Program, and also serves as an Honorary Professor of Practice at the School of Leadership, KIIT, Odisha. His appointment comes at a time when Denave is accelerating its focus on AI-led, insight-driven revenue transformation, helping organisations improve sales velocity, deepen buyer engagement, and scale growth across global markets.
