VAMA launches India’s largest Maha Shivratri devotional campaign, bridging digital and physical faith

Gurugram: VAMA (Virtual Astrology & Mandir App), spiritual-tech platform, has unveiled its “Maha Shivratri Special,” a large-scale devotional campaign designed to seamlessly connect digital participation with on-ground temple rituals. Through a series of first-of-its-kind initiatives, the platform aims to take prayers from smartphone screens directly to some of India’s most sacred temples.

At the heart of the campaign is “The Nandi Whisper,” which allows devotees to digitally whisper their wishes to Nandi through the VAMA app. The platform then performs a physical puja at the revered Rankeshwar Mahadev Mandir, sharing a video recording of the ritual with users—offering a contemporary interpretation of an ancient devotional practice.

Another initiative, “The Eternal Love Manifestation,” enables couples to generate a digital wedding card on the app, which is then physically offered at the historic Triyuginarayan Temple—believed to be the divine wedding site of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

Under “The Sacred Token,” every devotee who performs a Shiva Puja via the platform will receive a blessed Rudraksha delivered to their doorstep, extending the spiritual experience into their homes.

In a further engagement push, VAMA has announced “The Ultimate Pilgrimage,” where five customers booking a Panch Jyotirling Puja during the campaign period will win an all-expenses-paid Jyotirlinga Yatra to one Jyotirlinga, sponsored by the company.

Commenting on the campaign, Manu Jain, Co-Founder, VAMA.app, said, “Spirituality is evolving. Today’s youth doesn’t just want to watch; they want to participate. Whether it’s taking their love story to the temple where Mahadev himself got married, or whispering a wish to Nandi through their phone, VAMA is the bridge. We are a medium for faith in the 21st century.”

With this initiative, VAMA continues to expand its temple partnership network, strengthen its VAMA Mall spiritual e-commerce vertical, and build its upcoming offline spiritual travel offerings. Backed by 1.5 million lifetime users and over 500,000 pujas facilitated through its platform, VAMA is positioning itself as a comprehensive digital destination for authentic and accessible spiritual experiences in India.
