Mumbai: RR Kabel, a manufacturer of wires and cables in India, has announced the appointment of Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The move is aimed at strengthening the company’s strategic talent management, organisational effectiveness, and HR operations.
In her new role, Kamaljeet Kaur will lead the strategic HR function, focusing on driving organisational transformation, leadership development, and people-centric initiatives aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
With over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, she brings extensive expertise across both corporate and plant-level operations. Her core competencies include Industrial Relations (IR), Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, and Administration.
Kamaljeet holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune. She is recognised for her leadership in mentoring professionals, fostering inclusive work environments, and building high-performance cultures driven by collaboration and continuous learning.

Prior to joining RR Kabel, she served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group and Group CHRO at Sterlite Power Transmission. Her earlier career includes key HR leadership roles at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Heidelberg Cement India, HDFC Bank, Wrigley India, and Hero MotoCorp.
