Mumbai: Aqualogica, the Gen Z-focused skincare brand from Honasa Consumer’s portfolio, has announced the appointment of popular Gen Z influencer Apoorva Mukhija, widely known as Rebel Kid, as the brand ambassador for its sunscreen category. The announcement is accompanied by the launch of a new brand film spotlighting ultra-light, everyday sun protection.
The campaign film features Apoorva Mukhija in a playful exchange with actor Sheeba Chaddha, set against a poolside backdrop. The narrative highlights the lightweight texture of Aqualogica’s Glow+ Dewy Gel Sunscreen while underscoring its efficacy, powered by new-age UV filters that offer up to 12 hours of photostable protection. Through humour and relatability, the film draws a parallel between Gen Z’s easygoing persona and the product’s light-yet-effective formulation.
