Mumbai: Mauro Ramalho, Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Brazil, has been appointed Jury Chair for the Creative Commerce, Use of Data, B2B category at the ABBY Awards 2026 Powered by The One Club for Creativity | The One Show.
With over 25 years of experience in national and international advertising, Ramalho has worked across three countries and collaborated with some of the world’s leading agencies. In his current role at Publicis Brazil, he leads creative strategy and execution, bringing global integration across markets and platforms.
Prior to this, Ramalho served as VP and Executive Creative Director at R/GA São Paulo, where he played a key role in integrating operations with global offices across New York, London, Portland, and California. During his tenure, he worked with major global brands including Verizon, Google, Meta, Samsung, American Express, Heineken, and Ally.
Ramalho also spent over a decade building CUBOCC into one of Brazil’s most innovative and influential agencies, later becoming part of the IPG network. His career spans leadership roles at FCB, where he drove integrated campaigns bridging online and offline ecosystems, and at AKQA in San Francisco, where he contributed to globally recognised projects, including McDonald’s “The Lost Ring,” one of the earliest Alternate Reality Campaigns.
His professional journey further includes stints at Organic in Toronto, working across North American markets for brands such as Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler, as well as contributing to the creative excellence of AgenciaClick, a leading digital agency in Brazil.
Over the years, Ramalho has received numerous accolades at both Brazilian and international platforms, including Clios, Effies, TikTok Awards, and MMA Smarties. He has also served on juries for prestigious awards such as The Andys, TikTok Awards, and Lisbon Awards.
