Mumbai: AI & Beyond has announced the appointment of Archana Muthappa as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO), as it intensifies efforts to bridge the growing AI literacy gap within organisations.
The move comes at a time when enterprises are significantly increasing investments in AI infrastructure, yet struggling to drive meaningful adoption across their workforce. The company aims to address this disconnect by enabling organisations to move from experimental AI usage to embedding it within everyday workflows.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning communications, strategy, and business transformation, Archana Muthappa will focus on scaling the company’s operations and driving sustained, organisation-wide AI capability building. Her role will involve expanding structured learning models designed to foster long-term behavioural and cultural transformation.
Over the past 18 months, AI & Beyond has worked with over 45 enterprises globally, focusing on converting hesitant employees into high-impact contributors through structured AI literacy programmes.
Commenting on the appointment, Jaspreet Bindra, Co-founder & CEO, AI & Beyond, said, “The First Law of AI Literacy states that while not everyone needs to be an AI expert, everyone must be AI literate. But scaling that literacy across thousands of employees requires operational rigour, not just technical know-how. Archana understands the human side of transformation better than anyone. Her expertise is the missing link as we scale from conducting bootcamps to architecting full-scale organisational change.”
The appointment also reinforces the company’s “Human-in-the-Loop” philosophy, ensuring that as AI adoption scales, ethical governance and human judgment remain central to enterprise transformation.
Anuj Magazine, Co-founder & CTO, AI & Beyond, added, “Bridging the gap between AI investment and business outcomes isn’t a code problem; it’s a challenge of AI literacy. We build the ‘software’ for the human mind to work with AI. Archana’s leadership allows us to deliver this cognitive upgrade consistently and reliably to enterprises that are tired of seeing their AI pilots stall.”
Sharing her perspective, Archana Muthappa, Co-Founder & COO, AI & Beyond, said, “AI is fundamentally reshaping the definition of work, but its true power lies in accessibility. It cannot remain the domain of the few; it must become the superpower of the many. I am thrilled to join Jaspreet and Anuj to enable organisations move beyond the hype. At AI&Beyond, we aren’t just teaching tools; we are building the confidence and capability for the workforce of the future.”
