Mumbai: SharkNinja has appointed Kritika Agarwal as Brand Head for India, marking a key leadership move as the company prepares to enter and scale its presence in the Indian market.
In her new role, Agarwal will be responsible for leading brand strategy and driving market development, as SharkNinja looks to establish a strong foothold in one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer markets. The company, known for transforming everyday home appliance categories into lifestyle-driven brands globally, aims to replicate its disruptive approach in India.
Speaking about her new role, Agarwal said that joining the brand at a stage when it is entering India presents a unique opportunity to help shape its journey from the ground up. She added that building the brand for the Indian consumer while leveraging SharkNinja’s global DNA is both exciting and challenging.
Agarwal brings significant experience in brand building and strategic marketing across leading consumer brands. Most recently, she served as DGM – Brand Marketing at Domino’s India, where she played a key role in the brand’s relaunch strategy, IPL partnerships, and expansion into the chicken category.
Prior to this, she was associated with the launch and growth of OLX Autos in India, and began her marketing career with Aviva.
An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune, Agarwal has built a career focused on scaling brands through high-impact marketing initiatives and consumer-first strategies.
