Mumbai: Happiest Places to Work has announced the launch of the Happiest Places To Work Awards™, positioning it as India’s first awards platform dedicated exclusively to recognising organisations that excel in workplace happiness.
The inaugural edition will culminate in a grand ceremony in Mumbai towards the end of July, bringing together leading voices from across corporate India.
At a time when workplace culture and employee experience are increasingly influencing business outcomes, the initiative aims to spotlight organisations that consistently foster positive, meaningful, and engaging work environments.
The awards will be chaired by Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Group, and evaluated by a distinguished jury comprising industry leaders including Achal Khanna, CEO of SHRM APAC & MENA; Harit Nagpal, MD & CEO of Tata Play; Pavitra Singh, CHRO & VP at PepsiCo India & South Asia; Dr. Atul Hegde, Founder & Chairman of YAAP Digital; Dr. Prajjal Saha, Founder & Editor-in-Chief of HR Katha; Nitu Bhushan, Director HR South Asia at Nestlé; Pushp Kumar Nayar, Executive Director HRD at Bharat Petroleum; and Sunita Cherian, former Chief Culture Officer at Wipro.
