New Delhi: Digital technology services company TO THE NEW has announced the appointment of Saurabh Das as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Saurabh will lead global delivery, operations, and transformation initiatives, driving the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence.
Saurabh brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across private equity–backed, product, and global services organisations. He has built a strong track record in scaling businesses, leading complex transformations, and delivering sustained growth while enhancing operational performance.
Most recently, Saurabh was part of the Executive Leadership Team at Material, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he served as Chief Delivery Officer and also led revenue for one of the company’s global business units. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Brillio, Publicis Sapient, and Adobe. Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled large global teams, launched new service offerings, and driven digital and AI-led transformations across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
