Gurugram: Honasa Consumer Limited, a digital-first beauty and personal care company, has announced the appointment of Saahil Nayar as Business Head & Senior Vice President to lead its emerging brands portfolio.
In his new role, Saahil will oversee Honasa’s colour cosmetics and prestige skincare portfolio, focusing on accelerating growth, strengthening go-to-market strategies, and shaping the next phase of the consumer journey across the company’s emerging brands.
Saahil brings over 15 years of experience across beauty, personal care, luxury, and lifestyle categories, with deep expertise in building and scaling consumer brands. Most recently, he served as CEO of Mila Beauté, where he led the brand through a phase of rapid expansion in India’s evolving beauty market. Prior to that, he was CEO at Swiss Beauty, playing a key role in strengthening the brand’s position within the competitive colour cosmetics segment.
His career also includes leadership experience with luxury and lifestyle brands such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Missoni, and Kama Ayurveda, where he built expertise across consumer strategy, e-commerce, brand development, and business transformation.
