New Delhi: BurdaLuxury, a media company, has officially rebranded as APX Luxury, marking a new phase of growth and expansion following its acquisition by venture capital and investment platform Jaipur Capital earlier this year.
The rebranding reflects the company’s strategic focus on strengthening digital capabilities and expanding its presence across key international markets. Under its new identity, APX Luxury plans to accelerate growth across Asia and the Middle East while continuing to build on its established portfolio and market presence.
The company will maintain operations across its existing five core markets — Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand — while outlining expansion plans into Vietnam and the UAE as part of its next phase of regional growth.
The transition comes at a time when digital consumption continues to reshape premium media businesses, with APX Luxury increasingly positioning itself as a digital-first media organization.
Commenting on the transition, Vikas Johari, Director, Jaipur Capital and APX Luxury, said, “The transition from BurdaLuxury to APX Luxury marks an exciting new chapter for the company. With 46% of APX Luxury’s revenue now driven by digital and video, alongside 330% year-on-year social growth, our priority is to further scale the company’s digital infrastructure. Backed by Jaipur Capital, we are well positioned to expand the brands within APX Luxury’s portfolio into new territories across South Asia and MENA, while honouring the strong foundation that has been built.”
APX Luxury confirmed that its portfolio of media brands will remain unchanged following the rebrand. The company’s portfolio continues to include Prestige, Lifestyle Asia, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau, PIN Prestige, AUGUSTMAN, HELLO! Thailand, Travel + Leisure India and South Asia, and Architecture+Design India.
The company stated that the rebranding initiative is designed to create stronger alignment across markets while enabling greater scalability across digital platforms and content ecosystems.
As part of the transition, APX Luxury is rolling out its new corporate identity across all regional offices and communication channels. The process is expected to conclude by 15 June 2026, alongside the launch of the company’s new corporate website.
