Gozoop Creative launches MSME Day campaign for Tata Tele Business Services

Mumbai: Gozoop Creative has launched an integrated campaign, ‘Roz Banate Hain Naya Kal’, for Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) to mark MSME Day, celebrating the role of India’s micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in driving innovation, employment and economic growth while reinforcing TTBS’ commitment to supporting their digital transformation.

Built around the idea that every MSME contributes to building a better tomorrow through its everyday efforts, the campaign highlights the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses that continue to shape India’s growth story.

Recognising that MSMEs today are navigating challenges such as digital transformation, operational efficiency, cybersecurity and evolving customer expectations, the campaign combines purpose-led storytelling with practical business support.

As part of the initiative, TTBS has introduced the MSME Growth Playbook, a resource featuring actionable insights, industry trends and best practices aimed at helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation journey. Available through a dedicated microsite, the playbook is designed to support entrepreneurs in building resilient and future-ready enterprises while reinforcing TTBS’ positioning as a trusted technology partner for India’s MSMEs.

Conceptualised and executed by Gozoop Creative, the integrated campaign encourages entrepreneurs to celebrate their progress while equipping them with knowledge and tools to navigate future opportunities.

Jyoti Chugh Bhatia, Group Director, Gozoop Creative, said, “We didn’t want MSME Day to become another moment of appreciation. The thought behind ‘Roz Banate Hain Naya Kal’ was rooted in recognising that every MSME, regardless of its size, is shaping India’s future through its everyday efforts. Our objective was to create a campaign that celebrates this contribution while offering something genuinely valuable in return. The MSME Growth Playbook became a natural extension of that thought, allowing TTBS to move beyond storytelling and empower entrepreneurs with practical knowledge that supports their growth journey.”

The campaign will be promoted across digital platforms, directing entrepreneurs to the dedicated microsite where they can access the MSME Growth Playbook and explore resources aimed at strengthening business resilience and long-term growth.

With ‘Roz Banate Hain Naya Kal’, Gozoop Creative aims to move beyond a one-day celebration of MSMEs by recognising their continuous contribution to nation-building while showcasing TTBS’ role in enabling businesses through technology, knowledge and digital-first solutions.
