Bengaluru: Sustainable fashion brand VIRGIO has elevated Hansa Nigam as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), entrusting her with leading the company’s marketing and growth strategy as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Nigam, who joined VIRGIO in 2023, has played a key role in shaping the brand’s identity and strengthening consumer engagement. In her expanded role, she will focus on enhancing VIRGIO’s market presence, accelerating customer growth, and deepening the brand’s positioning at the intersection of fashion, technology, and sustainability.
The appointment comes as VIRGIO continues to scale its demand-led production model, responsible sourcing practices, and technology-driven decision-making. With consumers increasingly seeking brands that combine style, transparency, and sustainability, the company aims to strengthen long-term brand affinity through focused marketing initiatives.
Before joining VIRGIO, Nigam built experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer growth. She previously led marketing initiatives for the OnePlus Nord portfolio at OnePlus across India and global markets, managed digital marketing for multiple celebrity-led brands at Glance, and earlier worked in strategic planning at The Glitch, developing brand strategies for leading consumer brands.
