Gurugram: Gurugram-based real estate developer Aura World has appointed Henam Khaneja as its Business Head – Commercial as the company strengthens its leadership team to accelerate the growth of its commercial real estate portfolio.
In her new role, Khaneja will lead the company’s commercial business, working closely with the leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen business strategy, enhance execution frameworks, and drive the expansion of Aura World’s commercial portfolio.
Khaneja brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate across India and the UAE. Prior to joining Aura World, she held leadership positions at Elante Group, ELAN Group, and other organisations, where she was responsible for strategic sales, expanding channel partner networks, and growing commercial real estate portfolios across domestic and international markets.
Her cross-market expertise and understanding of evolving customer and investor preferences are expected to support Aura World’s plans to strengthen its commercial footprint and drive long-term business growth.
