Mumbai: Schon&Co has appointed Adrian Warr as Strategic Adviser, strengthening its international leadership as the communications agency continues to expand its presence and client support across the Asia-Pacific region.
Warr brings more than 26 years of experience in corporate communications, crisis management, change management, employee engagement, public affairs and digital marketing. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading global communications firms across New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
After beginning his career with Freuds, Hill & Knowlton and Portland in the UK and the US, Warr spent more than 15 years in Asia, serving as CEO of both Edelman and Burson across the Asia-Pacific region.
In his new role, Warr will provide strategic counsel to Schon&Co’s leadership team and clients, supporting communications strategies across APAC while contributing to the agency’s continued regional expansion.
The appointment comes as Schon&Co strengthens its footprint across key Asia-Pacific markets, including Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. The agency said growing client demand in the region has driven investments in expanding its network, partnerships and strategic capabilities.
Speaking about his new role, Adrian Warr said, “Having known Jess for two decades, I know that what she has built in Schon&Co is something genuinely different. In an industry dominated by large networks, it’s refreshing to see an agency that combines the same ‘big agency’ international ambition and service focus, with the agility, creativity and personal approach that clients increasingly value.
”Having spent much of my career across Asia, I’m excited to support the team as it strengthens its presence in APAC. The region continues to offer significant opportunities, and I look forward to helping Schon&Co and its clients navigate that growth.”

Commenting on the appointment, Jess Schon, Managing Director of Schon&Co, said, “Adrian brings a perfect mix of attributes to Schon&Co; an exceptional depth of experience, a truly global perspective, total professionalism, and importantly a down-to-earth attitude that our team prides itself on.”
“APAC is becoming an increasingly important region for many of our clients, and we’re seeing growing demand for support across these markets. Adrian’s insight and experience will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our presence in the region and help clients unlock opportunities. We cannot be happier to welcome him to the team and look forward to working together as we enter the next phase of our journey.”
According to the agency, Warr’s appointment aligns with its strategy of enhancing senior advisory capabilities while supporting clients navigating communications, reputation management and business growth across the rapidly evolving APAC landscape.
