India: Integral Ad Science (IAS), a global media quality company, has appointed Lidiane Jones as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. She succeeds Lisa Utzschneider, who has led the company for more than seven years and will continue as Special Advisor to the Board through the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Utzschneider will also serve as a Special Advisor to Novacap and its portfolio companies.
The appointment marks a strategic leadership transition as IAS looks to strengthen its position in AI-powered media quality and digital advertising. The company said the move aligns with its long-term vision as artificial intelligence continues to reshape how media is planned, bought, measured and optimised.
Jones brings more than 20 years of experience leading product and technology organisations across enterprise and consumer software. Most recently, she served as CEO of Bumble and previously led Slack as CEO following its acquisition by Salesforce, where she also held the role of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Digital Experiences. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Sonos and spent more than a decade at Microsoft.

The appointment follows a comprehensive succession process conducted in partnership with the IAS Board of Directors, Novacap and Lisa Utzschneider.
