New Delhi: GoKwik, an eCommerce enablement platform, has appointed Aseem Goyal as Vice President – Business for its recently launched AI-powered shipping excellence suite, Kwik Ship, as the company looks to accelerate growth and strengthen its logistics capabilities for D2C brands.
Prior to joining GoKwik, Goyal was associated with Shiprocket, where he led enterprise sales before serving as Head for South and West.
In his new role, Goyal will lead the growth, merchant acquisition and operational scaling of Kwik Ship, GoKwik’s AI-native shipping solution that deploys autonomous agents to predict delivery outcomes, identify high-risk orders before dispatch and intelligently route shipments. The platform is designed to help direct-to-consumer brands reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates while transforming logistics into a growth driver.
Goyal brings more than a decade of experience in scaling high-growth startups and driving business excellence across the logistics and technology sectors. His expertise in building supply chain frameworks and strengthening merchant relationships is expected to support GoKwik’s continued expansion in India’s e-commerce ecosystem.

Commenting on the appointment, Chirag Taneja, Co-Founder and CEO of GoKwik, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Aseem to the leadership team. Kwik Ship isn’t just about moving packages – it deploys AI agents that understand shopper behavior, predict delivery outcomes, and intervene autonomously to improve success rates. Aseem’s vision and proven track record in business development will be instrumental in taking this to every D2C brand that’s losing money on logistics inefficiencies.”
Under Goyal’s leadership, Kwik Ship will focus on improving delivery success by leveraging GoKwik’s network intelligence to reduce RTO losses, expand its network of partner brands, and enhance merchant experiences through real-time insights and seamless post-purchase workflows.
Speaking on his appointment, Aseem Goyal said, “I am incredibly excited to join the GoKwik family. The Indian D2C sector is at an inflection point, and Kwik Ship has the potential to solve the most fundamental challenges that brands face today – predictability and profitability in shipping. I look forward to working with this talented team to drive value for our merchant partners and redefine the e-commerce journey.”
