Singapore: Global branding and design consultancy Elmwood has appointed Po Kay Lee as Managing Director of Elmwood and MSQ Asia, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
Lee joins Elmwood after leading Stagwell’s creative agency Forsman & Bodenfors in Singapore and global branding consultancy Superunion across Singapore and Asia. She brings extensive experience in brand strategy, communications and creative leadership to the role.
Working closely with Susie Hunt, Regional Chair for Elmwood and MSQ Asia, Lee will oversee the expanding network of integrated capabilities under MSQ Group in Singapore while supporting the company’s international growth ambitions. She will also lead Elmwood’s Singapore studio as a member of the company’s global leadership team.
Reporting to Daniel Binns, Global CEO of Elmwood, Lee will work alongside Executive Creative Directors Lisa Balm and Jason Braddy, while Andy Edmonds will support the leadership transition before relocating to New York after six years in Singapore.
In her dual leadership role, Lee will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial growth and operational performance of Elmwood Singapore. She will also lead the development of integrated solutions across Asia by bringing together capabilities from agencies within MSQ Group to serve regional clients including Unilever, Coca-Cola, Hilton and Heineken.
