Gurugram: Royal Green Realty, a Gurugram-based real estate developer, has appointed Deepak Khemchandani as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 24 years of experience across finance, accounting, financial strategy, treasury, taxation, business planning and investor relations, Khemchandani will lead the company’s financial strategy as it focuses on sustainable growth and expansion.
In his new role, Khemchandani will be responsible for strengthening Royal Green Realty’s financial framework, enhancing governance and supporting the company’s long-term growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Royal Green Realty, Khemchandani held senior leadership positions at several real estate companies, including Jindal Realty, Orris Infrastructure, Shipra Group, AlphaCorp Group and Splendor Landbase. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for JRL Group entities at Jindal Realty Limited, where he led financial transformation, capital structuring, strategic planning, regulatory compliance and business growth initiatives.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Khemchandani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from A.R.S.D. College, University of Delhi.
