Mumbai: ProHance, the Productivity Control Room for enterprises, has appointed Ankit Chaturvedi as its Global Head of Marketing and GTM Engineering. The appointment strengthens the company’s AI-first leadership team as it advances its vision of building a Unified Productivity Control Room to help enterprises enhance human, vendor and AI productivity.
The company said it has recorded profitable growth of more than 30% year-on-year over the past three years. As part of its next phase of expansion, ProHance is building an integrated ecosystem that aligns marketing, sales, product and engineering, with Chaturvedi set to lead global marketing strategy while driving go-to-market (GTM) engineering initiatives.
In his new role, Chaturvedi will be responsible for building a global marketing organisation to support ProHance’s revenue growth. He will also lead the development of AI-powered GTM infrastructure designed to improve speed, accuracy and business outcomes, while working closely with the product, sales and leadership teams to strengthen the company’s market positioning and support expansion across key global markets.
Chaturvedi brings over a decade of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. Prior to joining ProHance, he was part of the leadership team at Shipsy. Before that, he spent nearly eight years at RateGain, where he helped build the company’s marketing function and contributed to its journey of becoming India’s first publicly listed SaaS company. During his tenure, he significantly increased marketing-sourced revenue by integrating product marketing, digital marketing and RevOps through AI and automation.
Welcoming Chaturvedi to the leadership team, Ankur Dhingra, CEO of ProHance, said, “As ProHance builds context for its customers through the Productivity Control Room, we felt the need to bring in marketing leadership that thinks like a builder, not just a communicator. Ankit’s experience scaling a global SaaS brand, combined with his ability to turn marketing into a measurable revenue engine using AI, not just a brand function, is exactly why we brought him on. We’re confident his leadership will sharpen how the market understands ProHance and accelerate our expansion into new geographies.”
Commenting on his appointment, Ankit Chaturvedi said, “The way work gets done is evolving fast. Today, enterprises lack the context to deploy employees, vendors, and AI together in ways that improve outcomes while protecting margins. ProHance sits at the centre of this shift. What excites me most about this role is the opportunity to give every business leader the context to understand how their teams are working with AI. I look forward to helping ProHance drive that shift at scale, sustainably.”
