Mumbai: Adobe has announced the appointment of Manoj Nagpal as Vice President, Global Delivery Center and Shared Services in India, further strengthening its leadership team in a key strategic market.
Based in Bengaluru, Nagpal will lead efforts to scale Adobe’s global delivery capabilities, drive innovation, and build high-performing teams to support business growth and customer success. In his new role, he will report to Scott Bajtos.

Nagpal brings over three decades of experience in building and scaling global services organisations, driving enterprise transformation, and delivering customer success at scale. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at OpenText India and Vice President, Professional Services, where he led services and customer success while expanding the company’s footprint in India.
He has also held leadership roles at GXS, General Electric, and Xerox.
Adobe, which began operations in India in 1997, has grown its presence into a strategic hub encompassing product engineering, design, sales, customer experience, and corporate functions. With over 8,000 employees across five campuses, India represents the company’s second-largest workforce and plays a critical role in its global innovation agenda.
The announcement follows Adobe’s recent leadership move appointing Shamik Basu to lead its Creative Products Group engineering and product management teams in India, underlining the company’s continued investment in the region.
