Kota: ALLEN Career Institute has announced a significant leadership transition with the appointment of Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari and Keshav Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking a new chapter in the institution’s governance as it pursues its long-term vision of building an institution that endures for the next 100 years.
The appointments reflect ALLEN’s continued focus on strengthening its institutional framework by combining founder-led values, professional management and next-generation leadership. The institute said the move is part of its ongoing efforts to reinforce governance, leadership capabilities, operational systems and long-term sustainability.
At the heart of ALLEN’s evolution has been its founders’ vision of creating an enduring institution that contributes meaningfully to India’s education ecosystem. Over the years, the organisation has invested in strengthening its governance structures while expanding its academic and operational capabilities.

The newly appointed Board members have been associated with the organisation across different strategic functions. Aviral Maheshwari has been part of ALLEN’s leadership since 2014, focusing on operational excellence and institutional processes. Anand Maheshwari, who joined the institute in 2019, has worked closely on strengthening ALLEN’s digital ecosystem and integrating technology with academic delivery. Keshav Maheshwari has led the institute’s international business, driving overseas expansion and supporting students through global academic initiatives and competitive examinations.
