Mumbai: Almonds Ai, a leading channel loyalty, rewards and solutions company, has announced the launch of VAiLOCITY™, an AI-enabled logistics ecosystem designed to enhance the delivery experience, accuracy, and reliability of loyalty reward fulfilment across India. The launch marks a significant step in strengthening the fulfilment experience for millions of channel partners participating in retailer, influencer, and dealer loyalty programmes.

VAiLOCITY™ brings the entire loyalty reward delivery journey onto a single, intelligent platform. By combining AI-powered address validation, automated dispatching, integrated courier selection, proactive communication, and verified last-mile delivery, the system addresses long-standing fulfilment challenges such as inaccurate addresses, delivery failures, delays, lack of shipment visibility, and missing electronic proof of delivery (ePODs) for both brands and end users.

Commenting on the launch, Abhinav Jain & Apurv Modi, Co-founders of Almonds Ai, jointly said, “For years, brands have invested heavily in engagement and rewards, but the delivery experience has remained inconsistent and fragmented. The AI-led logistics system is deeply integrated with Channelverse™, Almonds Ai’s channel loyalty and rewards platform. VAiLOCITY™ has already been scaled to over 100,000 deliveries in the last few weeks, enabling brands to manage end-to-end loyalty programmes — from enrolment and engagement to fulfilment — within a unified ecosystem.
