Amit Gujral concludes transformative tenure as CMO of JK Tyre after five successful years

Mumbai: Amit Gujral, Chief Marketing Officer of JK Tyre & Industries, is set to depart from the organization after an impactful five-year tenure, according to industry sources.

With over 28 years of marketing experience, Gujral has played a crucial role in enhancing JK Tyre’s brand visibility and reputation across India. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including brand and product marketing, advertising, product planning, and business strategy.

Before joining JK Tyre, Gujral spent 16 years as CMO at LG Electronics India, where he was instrumental in establishing LG as a household name in the competitive consumer electronics landscape.

During his time at JK Tyre, one of Gujral’s standout achievements was the launch of the acclaimed campaign, “JK Tyre Desh Ka Tyre – Jab Hindustan Mile Hindustan Se,” which successfully positioned the brand as a quintessentially Indian entity with global ambitions. Watch the campaign here.

Recognized with numerous industry accolades, Gujral is also celebrated for his creative endeavors as a lyricist and poet, having served as a jury member for various prestigious marketing awards.
